Its a good day!

Its a good day for a few reasons. First and foremost Happy Birthday Shane!

If you are just tuning in here and don't know why my husband is great you can read this post and this one to catch up a little. Shane, thanks for being so good to me and Marlie and most importantly for providing me with blog material. Happy B-day to the bestest husband I ever had. You are the bomb diggity and you know it.

Another reason that today is a great day is that I lost 3.4 more pounds! I went to Weight Watchers and weighed in and I was SHOCKED! I have been stuck for so long that I just wasn't expecting it. This puts my total lost at 16 pounds and I not only met my 10% goal, but past it up by over one pound! WOO HOO!

WW sets a goal for you to lose 10% of your starting body weight. When you reach that goal they congratulate you at the meeting and give you a nifty key chain. I know, I know, its just a little key chain, but it is a big deal.

I wish I could say that the loss is due to all the working out I did this past week. That would just be a lie though. I have been feeling horrible. Cold, allergies, whatever, it sucks. The P90X DVDs have not yet been viewed. Woops. I just kept counting my points every day and well...it worked! But those DVDs are still on my list for this week.

Have a good weekend!

Hooray for your perseverance! It's so hard to stick to those daily point counts when you're at a plateau, but you stuck to it like a trooper. Way to go, Erin!

HB to Shane!
